SVL97-2, SVL95-2, SVL75-2, SVL65-2
- Replace engine oil & filter
- Clean air filter and cab A/C filter (if equipped)
- Replace fuel filter
- Fuel filter-drain water from water separator & tank
- Replace Cab Filter (if equipped)
- Clean radiator, oil cooler, and condenser,
- Inspect hoses, belts, fan, and radiator
- Check/adjust crawler tension (SVL)
- Inspect battery cables, clean terminals, and check battery electrolyte level
- Check front wheel case oil (SSV)
- Inspect and test cranking system, charging system, lights, wiring, instrument panel, gauges
- Check fluid levels, engine oil, hydraulic oil, engine coolant, final drive oil levels (SVL)
- Inspect exhaust system
- Check Hydraulic operations – boom, bucket, ground drive,
- Check park brake operation
- Grease all lube points
- Check for open warranty campaigns
- Wash
